Established in 1996 in Park City, Utah by Glenn C. Weight, initially North Ridge Construction focused on large custom homes in Park City, many of them architecturally unique and pushing the construction limits to places that many General Contracts don't go. Not only did North Ridge meet the challenge of these exceptional designs, the projects were completed on time and within the allocated budget, even through the harsh Park City winters. For the Past 15 years North Ridge Construction has expanded their experience to include commercial projects, providing municipalities and private owners the same attention to detail we give our custom homes.

Our estimating staff bring to the table years of hands-on field work and a working knowledge of the nuts and bolts of a construction project from the ground up. We identify potential VE items during the bid process and provide the owner with the best possible product for the best possible price prior to the first shovel going in the ground. Material pricing is established and locked in to avoid cost increases, and long lead items are contracted first and foremost so as not to impact either the schedule or the budget.
